When using our services, you agree to:

• Final payment is due upon project completion or as specified in the agreement
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. However:

• Prod Media retains ownership of all preliminary work, templates, and proprietary tools
• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio
• Third-party components (fonts, plugins, stock images) remain property of their respective owners
• You must not resell, redistribute, or transfer our work to third parties without written consent

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service operation
• Specific results or outcomes from using our services
• That our services will meet all your requirements
• Compatibility with all third-party systems or platforms

We strive to deliver high-quality work and will make reasonable efforts to correct any defects or issues reported within the warranty period specified in your service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prod Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct or content on the services
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination:

• You remain obligated to pay for all work completed prior to termination
• We will deliver all completed work to date
• Any advance payments for incomplete work may be subject to cancellation fees
• We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Prod Media operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of our operating jurisdiction.
